We’ll discuss your goals, preferred style and intended use of the images in advance. It helps to identify key locations, activities and people to photograph, and to make sure relevant areas are tidy and accessible. We can also prepare a shot list together to make the most of the available time.

We plan each shoot around your schedule and working environment to minimise disruption. Depending on your needs, we can direct specific scenes or work discreetly alongside your team as they go about their daily activities.

Absolutely. We photograph people in their natural working environment, capturing real activities, collaboration and the expertise behind your business. We can work unobtrusively or guide employees when a more structured image is needed.

Yes. We photograph factories, production lines, warehouses, logistics facilities, greenhouses and other industrial environments. We adapt our approach to the location, available light and operational or safety requirements.

Yes. We can plan photography across multiple offices, facilities or production sites in the Netherlands and internationally. For larger projects, we coordinate the schedule and coverage to create a consistent collection of images across your organisation.

Yes. We can combine workplace and company culture photography with professional individual portraits or team photos. Our Brand Complete package combines half a day of workplace photography with half a day of professional portraits.

We can tailor the number of delivered images to your needs and the scope of your project. As a guideline, our packages include approximately 40 edited workplace images with Brand Essentials, 80 with Brand Day, and 40 workplace images with Brand Complete, alongside its portrait coverage. These are indicative numbers rather than fixed limits, and we can adjust the final selection to suit your requirements and budget.

Delivery depends on your package. Brand Essentials images are delivered within 48 hours, Brand Day within 72 hours, and Brand Complete within 96 hours. A selection of highlights is also provided shortly after the shoot.

Of course. We encourage you to share your priorities, reference images and any essential shots in advance. This helps us plan the session around your communication goals and ensures we cover the most important aspects of your business.

Absolutely. We welcome your involvement in the selection process, as you know your workflows, internal processes and business sensitivities best. We’ll share a preview gallery with you, and together we’ll select the strongest and most useful images for your needs.

Yes. All delivered images receive professional editing, including colour, contrast, exposure and cropping adjustments, along with basic image cleanup where needed. More extensive retouching, such as digital photo manipulation, combining multiple images into composites, or other advanced editing, can be discussed separately if required.

The images can be used for your website, social media, recruitment materials, presentations, company reports, annual reports and other corporate communications, subject to the agreed usage terms. If you have specific advertising or licensing requirements, please let us know before the shoot.

We deliver high-resolution JPEG files suitable for professional use, along with web-optimised versions.

TIFF and PSD files can also be provided on request.

Black-and-white versions are available as well.

We use professional high-resolution camera equipment, producing images suitable for websites, print publications, presentations and large-format displays. Specific output requirements can be discussed before the shoot.

Yes. Thanks to modern camera technology, we can produce high-quality images even in very low-light environments. We always assess the available light and working conditions to determine the best approach. Where possible, we use natural or existing light to preserve the atmosphere, and when additional lighting is needed, we use professional equipment to achieve the desired result while minimising disruption.

Yes. We’re available for projects throughout the Netherlands and internationally. Travel arrangements and any associated costs are agreed in advance.

Our standard delivery includes professionally edited final images rather than RAW files. If you have a specific requirement for original files, please discuss it with us before the shoot so we can consider the possibilities and any additional costs.

Yes. We offer aerial photography for buildings, facilities and larger sites. Depending on the project's complexity and location, we handle the photography ourselves or work with specialised drone operators. All flights are subject to applicable regulations and location permissions.

Our primary focus is professional photography, but our team also includes experienced video professionals. Depending on the project, we can bring together photographers who also specialise in video, as well as dedicated videographers and production specialists who focus exclusively on video. This allows us to offer a coordinated team tailored to the needs of your project.

We understand that plans can change and that sometimes a photography session needs to be cancelled. While we’re always sorry when this happens, we also reserve time in our schedule and make preparations in advance, so last-minute cancellations can result in lost work and costs.

Our cancellation fees are based on the notice period before the scheduled shoot:

• More than 7 days before the shoot: No cancellation fee.

• Between 72 hours and 7 days before the shoot: 20% of the agreed fee.

• Less than 72 hours before the shoot: 50% of the agreed fee.

We always appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.

Travel within 20 km of The Hague is included. For locations further away, we charge €0.50 per kilometre. Parking and other additional transport costs may apply. Travel expenses for international projects are agreed individually in advance.
