Not at all. I'll guide you throughout the session, helping with posture, expressions and small adjustments to create natural, flattering portraits. You don't need any experience in front of the camera — just show up, and I'll take care of the rest.

Choose clothing that makes you feel comfortable and reflects your professional style. As a general rule, solid colours and simple patterns work well, while large logos and busy prints can be distracting. If you're unsure, feel free to share a few options beforehand, and I'll be happy to advise.

Yes! Outfit changes are welcome, especially if you'd like a variety of looks for different professional purposes. The available time and number of outfits depend on your chosen package, so we'll plan the session accordingly.

Headshot Refresh focuses on classic, closely framed headshots with clean, balanced lighting. Portrait Plus offers a more creative, editorial-style approach, with varied compositions ranging from headshots to wider and full-length portraits, using more expressive lighting techniques.

Headshot Refresh includes up to four professionally retouched portraits, while Portrait Plus includes up to six. For team sessions, each person receives one professionally retouched portrait. You'll receive a preview gallery to choose your favourites, and additional retouched images are available for €40 + VAT per image.

Yes! The Portrait Plus package combines classic professional headshots with more creative, editorial-style portraits. If you'd like both, Portrait Plus is the right choice for you.

Your professionally retouched images will be delivered within 48 hours of your final image selection.

Of course! You'll receive a preview gallery where you can review the images and select your favourites for professional retouching.

You can use your portraits almost anywhere professionally — from your website and LinkedIn profile to social media, PR, publications, company communications and printed materials.

All clients receive their photos in two JPG versions: high-resolution files suitable for print and other high-quality applications, and web-optimised files for websites, social media and digital communication.

Black-and-white versions are also available on request.

We work with professional, high-resolution camera equipment, producing images suitable for everything.

Our cameras typically offer around 45 megapixels, providing plenty of detail for cropping and print uses.

Most sessions take place at your office or, when appropriate, at your home. If you prefer a different setting, we can also arrange a professional studio or an external location to suit your needs and the style of portraits you're looking for.

Absolutely! Through our trusted network, we can arrange professional hair and makeup artists, as well as stylists when needed. We work with experienced professionals we've collaborated with on multiple occasions and are happy to recommend.

Yes! We typically set up a temporary portrait studio in your office lobby or a meeting room, allowing team members to come in one by one with minimal disruption to their workday. Depending on the size of your team, the session can take a few hours or span several days.

Yes! Adding a portrait session to a company event is a practical way to offer attendees updated professional portraits without requiring a separate appointment. It's a valuable extra that makes the most of an event that's already been organised.

Absolutely — we’d love to. We see new locations and travel as a source of inspiration and creative energy, not as a logistical obstacle.

Our equipment is designed to travel with us, and even a compact portrait setup can fit into our luggage.

Our standard delivery consists of professionally edited images, as we believe careful selection and consistent editing are essential parts of the final result.

That said, we understand that some projects may have specific requirements. While we don’t routinely deliver RAW files, we’re open to discussing exceptions where there’s a clear reason to do so. RAW file delivery must be agreed upon in advance and may involve additional fees.

We understand that plans can change and that sometimes a session needs to be cancelled. While we’re always sorry when this happens, we also reserve time in our schedule and make preparations in advance, so last-minute cancellations can result in lost work and costs.

Our cancellation fees are based on the notice period before the scheduled portrait session:

• More than 7 days before the session: No cancellation fee.

• Between 72 hours and 7 days before the session: 20% of the agreed fee.

• Less than 72 hours before the session: 50% of the agreed fee.

We always appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.

Travel within 20 km of The Hague is included. For locations further away, a travel fee of €0.50 per kilometre applies.

For more complex productions requiring additional equipment transport, parking costs may also be charged.

For assignments outside the Netherlands, travel expenses are agreed individually, depending on the location, scope and requirements of the project.
